that never reaches the people who need it.
I’ve come to believe that finding the right solution starts with asking better questions—questions that reveal the root cause of the problem.
Instead of telling you my story,I’d rather show you how I think.

How I Think
Imagine we’re working together.
Before I start looking for a solution, my first instinct is to figure out what got us here.
What happened before?
What are the current circumstances?
What behaviors, mindsets, or workflows are shaping what we’re seeing?
What’s actually causing the problem in front of us?
This is where the real work begins.
It’s where the problem starts to become clear.
That’s the true turning point.
Not because we’ve immediately found the answer, but because we’re no longer guessing what the real problem is.
Understanding rarely hands me one perfect solution. It usually opens several good paths forward.
Only then do I move forward with designing the solution.

This website is a designed experience—built to show how I think, not just what I’ve done. It connects strategy, information architecture, conversational design, and visual craft into one guided first meeting, with Lisa available as a guide along the way.

I direct the work, make the decisions, and approve the final output. The roles below help me organize how different parts of the work are approached.
Lisa is the public-facing member of a broader AI Executive Team. Each role represents a distinct responsibility in how complex problems are researched, evaluated, designed, reviewed, and implemented. Together, they reflect the operating model behind my work.
These roles represent how I approach complex problems—not simply the AI tools I use.
How I got here.
My path hasn’t been defined by job titles as much as the problems I’ve wanted to solve. Looking back, each chapter taught me something new and removed a limitation that shaped what came next.
Learning to Think Under Pressure
Growing up back home, I wanted opportunities beyond what was immediately available to me. Aviation became that opportunity.
Working as a flight attendant taught me far more than customer service. It taught me how to stay calm under pressure, anticipate problems before they happened, communicate with people from every socioeconomic background, and work as part of a team where every decision affected someone else’s safety.
Those lessons have stayed with me ever since.
Wanting to Understand Why
While flying, I began struggling with my own weight—something I had never experienced before.
That experience changed the direction of my life and led me to nutrition. I wanted to understand why it had happened and what I could do about it.
Once I found the answers I was looking for, I realized I could help other people find answers too.
The more I learned, the more I realized that knowing what to eat wasn’t enough if people didn’t enjoy eating it. That curiosity led me to culinary nutrition. It also introduced me to functional medicine, where I discovered a way of thinking that looked beyond the obvious to understand what was really driving the problem.
Expanding What I Could Build
The more I grew in my career, the more I realized many of the problems I wanted to solve extended beyond nutrition itself.
Sometimes the challenge wasn’t knowing what should happen. It was having the ability to improve a process, build a better system, or turn an idea into something people could actually use.
I didn’t want my ideas to depend entirely on someone else’s technical skills.
That’s what drew me to study business, analytics, and AI—because I wanted the ability to build solutions that could continue helping people long after the work itself was done.

A portfolio replica of a business operations platform designed to streamline administrative workflows while supporting an established business process.
This portfolio version uses synthetic data and fictional identifying details to protect client privacy and intellectual property while preserving the original workflow and functionality.
The Challenge
The business itself wasn’t the problem.
The challenge was supporting an established workflow that had become increasingly constrained by administrative processes. Rather than changing how the business operated, the goal was to remove the operational barriers that slowed it down.
The design focused on four operational challenges.
Workflow
Support the client’s existing workflow rather than requiring the business to adapt to new software.
Administrative Bottlenecks
Reduce delays caused by manual documentation and administrative work.
Administrative Friction
Reduce repetitive manual effort and eliminate duplicate work.
People Dependency
Reduce reliance on specific individuals to complete administrative work while making information more accessible across the business.
Explore the Platform
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a high-level view of the business over time, allowing the owner to quickly visualize sales activity, revenue trends, and overall business performance across multiple years.
Rather than reviewing individual transactions, the Dashboard helps identify long-term patterns and understand how the business has performed over time.
Pipeline
The Pipeline serves as the operational center of the platform.
Inventory, customer progression, and sales activity are managed in one place, helping the owner understand what requires attention next.
Additional workflow tools include lead tracking from the website chatbot and a profit margin calculator that estimates selling prices based on desired profit.
Financial Insights
The Financial Health section provides a snapshot of the business’s current financial position.
Profitability, margins, lost opportunities, and current financial performance are brought together to support better business decisions.
Documents
Administrative documentation was the largest operational bottleneck.
Voice-assisted data entry, OCR extraction from business documents, automatic field population, and document generation reduce repetitive administrative work while improving efficiency.
Workflow & Business Impact
The platform brought the client’s key operational tasks into one connected system, including pipeline management, activity tracking, document automation, and access to the information needed for day-to-day decisions.
Each feature was designed to address a specific operational challenge, reduce repetitive administrative work, and support the business without disrupting the workflow that was already working.
Result
The result was a centralized Business Operations Platform that reduced administrative dependency, improved business visibility, and supported more efficient day-to-day operations while preserving the client’s existing workflow.
